10 Calming YouTube Videos to Watch when You're Stressed ...

I have a suggestion for when you're stressed - watch calming youtube videos! When you’re stressed, it is important to not ignore it. It rarely goes away on its own and left unattended it can easily grow. Obviously, the best way to deal with stress is to tackle the issue and find a resolution. However, not all stress can be resolved quickly and in those times, you need to find time to calm down and be less anxious. This will put you in a frame of mind where you are better able to deal with the stress and its cause(s). Many of us turn to music but there are other ways to calm stress too. I happen to like calming YouTube videos – no not funny cat ones! Here are some that work for me. Maybe they’ll work for you. You’re welcome to try.

1 Scenes from Nature

Billed as the most calming YouTube ever (you’ll have to be the judge of that), this one features stunning scenes of nature.
