Also, apparently one cup of black coffee can help you get relief if you suffer from headaches and it contains more antioxidants than a serving of berries.

It also combats nausea and motion sickness and it can be ingested in a large variety of ways from supplements to tea and cookies.

Cinnamon You’d be surprised to find out this but I must tell you that this spice is one of the best natural painkillers. You can use it as a spice or you can even make tea out of it by blending 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 teaspoons of honey and by mixing them with warm or hot water. You can even make a paste out of those two ingredients that will provide local arthritic pain relief. Be careful though because this paste can cause a little bit of irritation in some people, so try to spread a little bit of it on the back of your wrist to test it.
