One of the easiest tips to balance your hormones is to take an omega-3 supplement. You can find these at your pharmacy or discount store. They come in fish oil tablets or algae oil tablets. Adding omega-3 to your diet is the first step to getting your hormones in check.

2. Limit Caffeine

I know you love your morning latte and your afternoon shot of espresso, but all that caffeine raises your cortisol levels and can slow down thyroid function. The last thing you want is your favorite cup of joe to cause problems. Limit your caffeine to one or two cups a day. Consider replacing it with green tea.

3. Good Fats
