I suggest stocking up on fresh fruit and veggies, lean protein, complex grain, beans, and nuts.

A healthy home doesn’t need a hundred different types of soda. All you really need is fresh water. The best tip for a healthy home is to install a water filter, there are many different types to choose from. You also want to clean off fan blades and blinds with a wet rag. Both of these are notorious for collecting dust.
