1. Sunlight

I know it sounds a little crazy to seek sunlight during the cold, gray days of winter, but sunshine is one of the best ways to manage seasonal depression. You can do this by getting special light bulbs for your home or office and taking advantage of sunny days by spending time outdoors. Even when it's cold outside, you can still take advantage of the sun's rays when they appear.

2. Vitamins

Vitamins and minerals can also help manage seasonal depression. The proper vitamin care can improve your energy and lift your mood. Start with a daily multivitamin. You can also ask your doctor to do a blood test to check for any vitamin and mineral deficiencies, so you can find out what you may be missing.
