1. Fatigue
If you are feeling more tired than usual, then that is a classic sign that you aren’t giving your body the time it needs to rest and restore. If you don’t give yourself the regular chance to recharge your batteries, you are never going to be able to operate at full strength.
2. Poor Concentration
When you find that you aren’t able to focus on something as well as you could before, this could be linked to fatigue. The inability to properly concentrate is one of the first things to happen when your body isn’t being taken proper care of.

4. Post Workout Soreness
If you are always sore after working out, to the extent that you have to wait a few days to exercise again, then you are probably working yourself too hard when you do get to the gym. Try to scale back and treat your body in a kinder way.

6. Breaking out
It isn’t the most normal thing in the world for an adult’s skin to break out like a hormonal teenager’s, so when it does, it can often be a sign that your body is under stress. You can try to remedy this with relaxation techniques alongside your skincare routine.
7. Headaches
Regular headaches can often be a sign of working yourself too hard with not enough fuel, and they can also point to a lack of hydration too. Both of these are things that qualify as not taking particularly great care of yourself.
8. Insomnia
You might not be able to get to sleep at night for a variety of reasons from stress to joint pain to back discomfort to getting sick from your low immune system. Any of these things can lead to a vicious cycle of simultaneous fatigue and insomnia.
9. Losing Hair
Your hair might be falling in clumps, or it just might feel easier to brush out with a comb, but whatever degree of hair loss you are experiencing, it is never a good thing. Alopecia is often a reaction to stress, so work on trying to eliminate as much of it as you can.
10. Dullness
If you are all of a sudden feeling a real lack of emotion, a dullness, then that can be a reaction to too much stress. Your mind and body can’t take it, so you effectively switch off to try to preserve yourself.
