My workout buddy is my best friend. We started working out together a couple of years ago and quickly wondered why we hadn’t done this sooner. There are so many perks to having a workout buddy. 1. Accountability

I love having a workout buddy because it holds me accountable. I don’t want to disappoint my friend by not showing up for our nightly runs or weekly Zumba class.
