7. Go Green

Toxins aren’t only in the foods we eat, but also the chemicals and products we use. Each time you disinfect your home or use personal hygiene products, you risk exposure to harmful environmental pollutants. Exposure may not cause immediate harm, but it can affect your health in the future. Consider eco-friendly household and personal hygiene products.

8. Sit in a Sauna

A sauna is one of the fastest and best ways to relax and detoxify your body. Saunas promote perspiration - and the more you sweat, the more toxins you release. Take a moment to unwind in the sauna after a workout, or spend a few hours at your local spa. Saunas not only release toxins, but promote weight loss.
