1. Lower Cholesterol Levels

One of the top health benefits of cinnamon is that it lowers your LDL cholesterol levels. By lowering your LDL cholesterol levels, you greatly reduce the risk for cardiovascular disease. So cinnamon is great for your heart!

2. Migraine Relief

If you suffer from migraines on a regular basis, try adding a few pinches of cinnamon to your daily diet. Cinnamon has been known to reduce the pain in migraines, and help bring them to a halt completely! Since cinnamon is all natural, it’s much better for you than painkillers.

3. Menstrual Pain and Infertility

I was surprised to learn how cinnamon can aid in menstrual pain and infertility! Cinnamon contains the natural chemical cinnamaldehyde, which helps balance out hormones for women. I used to take painkillers around that time of the month to deal with my menstrual pain, but now I just add some extra cinnamon to my coffee or cereal to help me cope!

4. Blood Sugar Regulation

When your blood sugar is out of whack, your energy levels and mood swings can be off-balance as well. Eating cinnamon helps regulate your blood sugar levels, so you can see all the benefits that come from taking cinnamon to regulate blood sugar levels! Cinnamon is a great choice for diabetics.

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. Cancer Prevention

Recent studies at the University of Texas have shown that cinnamon works wonders in fighting cancer cells and preventing their proliferation. Cinnamon may not actually CURE cancer, but it’s very helpful for any cancer patient or potential cancer patient to add some of this spice into their meals. Cinnamon also greatly reduces your chances of getting cancer if you eat it on a regular basis.

6. Arthritis Pain

If you have ever dealt with arthritis pain, then you already know how uncomfortable and extremely painful it can be. Having a little cinnamon on your toast or in your tea every day can reduce cytokines linked to arthritis pain! There’s no guarantee that your pain will completely go away, but by eating cinnamon, you can help lower your pain levels significantly!

7. Boosting Immune System

One of the reasons I’m a big fan of cinnamon is because it does a lot to improve and boost your immune system! With so many germs and flu bugs going around this time of year, it never hurts to take extra precautions. So while you’re taking vitamin C and using germ-x, add a few teaspoons of cinnamon to your meals to ensure that you don’t get sick!

8. Losing Weight

Maybe one of the biggest motivators for eating a little more cinnamon is to help you melt off those extra pounds! Cinnamon will boost and speed up your metabolism, helping you to drop pounds easily! Of course proper diet and exercise will aid in your efforts, but knowing how helpful cinnamon can be is encouraging if you’re looking to lose more weight.

If you’ve never really used cinnamon before, now is a great time to give it a try! You can incorporate cinnamon into your diet by adding it to your cereal, oatmeal, soups, and various vegetable dishes. Did you know all these amazing health benefits that cinnamon has to offer?

I like your tips. My uncle is a beekeeper. With his honey I make a honey-cinnamon mix. It tastes great on a toast and it boosts for my immune system and sinuses.
