Well, I am committing myself to flossing daily for the New Year. My dental hygienist urges me to floss daily for years and I have always ignored her. This year I am going to change that!

You can add muscle tone, increase strength and look even hotter next summer in your favorite bikini. It doesn’t take much time to see a difference once you start strength training.
