1. Seated Spinal Twist
All you have to do is get down on the ground and keep one leg bent over your other leg. It's that simple!
2. Legs up the Wall
All you have to do is get as close as you can to a wall and keep your legs together. Hold the pose for about ten minutes.
3. Child's Pose
For this pose, you're basically going to place your knees against the floor, while your forehead and arms are against the ground.
4. Straight Leg Raise
Get on your side and then lift your leg straight up in the air. That's the whole pose!
