Making sure that your iron levels, A, B, C, D and E vitamins, thiamine, and calcium etc. are in check is a great way to help reduce menstrual related pain. Try taking a multivitamin! The more consistent you are with taking the pills, the more likely it will make a drastic change in your pain relief. It’s definitely one of my best natural remedies for menstrual pain out there.

I admit, I don’t always want to run to gym to get my workout on during my period. I feel too tired or groggy. But, surprisingly, exercising can relieve those symptoms and the endorphins will make you feel tons better. Exercising gets the blood in your body circulating and helps reduce cramping! So break a sweat and get rid of that pain, ladies!
