    A few years ago I worked out so much I didn't have my period for 10 months. I didn't go to the doc because it was great lol. But it's so bad for you. I'm on the pill now to stabilize. Be careful to those Ladies who exercise a lot.

    This story makes no sense,pads are just better (my opinion) cause you let everything just flow out...and a heating pad won't work much,it only helps against cramps as far as i know!

    Not everyone has a period that's short as yours... 🙄. For some woman it can be painful, annoying and long. My sister would curl up for days every month when she was on her period. She had to miss work and it was disrupting her life. Mine would last week+.

    I get that and even I sometimes have painful period but it seems to me unhealthy to stop it. Women get pregnant even though they know that giving birth is really painful, thanks to medicine we have some ways to reduce the pain okay but wanting to stop*

    IT's PERFECTLY FINE if you're very active & don't get your period for some time -even up to a year or so. *As long as you aren't 'starving' yourself or exercising an absolutely ridiculous amount (if you're doing 1 or both, you DO need to talk to someone). Athletes will go long stretches without their period & they're HEALTHY! At some point you'll take a break due to an injury (hopefully minor) or just life & I PROMISE your period will be back -REAL QUICK! I talked to several Doctors over many years about this. Of course there's always the one's who say different! Seriously, enjoy the break!
