1. Do SOME YOGA!
Do some yoga exercise before you go to bed. Your body will feel relaxed after doing some exercises so you will sleep better!
2. READ or WRITE π
Reading a book or writing in a diary will help you relax before you go to bed! If you read a book you will get sleepy and be ready for some shut-eye.
3. CLEAN YOUR FACE ππ¦
Cleaning your face will leave your skin hydrated and fresh (it's very important to clean your face everyday, so you remove dirt!). Your skin can breathe and will look fresher and healthier!
4. TURN YOUR LIGHTS off πͺπΌπ‘
Maybe it's kinda scary but it's better to sleep in the dark! You will fall asleep faster because your brain is not getting distracted by any lights.

Turn of your phone before you go to bed! The light from your phone will make it hard to sleep well. It's better for you to read a book so your brain won't get distracted from social media and notifications on your phone.
