Kombucha Tea A fermented tea from Asia, Kombucha can be served either hot or with ice. It naturally helps to keep your energy levels up and aids the stomach with digestion; found in Asian health and grocery stores.

3. Miso Soup

Miso Soup Another Asian favorite (Japan), Miso Soup is high in both probiotics and protein. This is one of the probiotic foods that tastes great, combining tofu and vegetable broth – it’s very low in calories too, and makes a very nice change from regular tinned soup.

4. Soy Milk

Soy Milk Soy Milk naturally contains a limited amount of probiotics, but with new technology Soy Milk now has added benefits. Any labels that say “live and active cultures” are what you’re looking for.

10. Olives

Olives One of my personal favourite probiotic foods, the brine that Olives are soaked in allows the probiotics to really thrive and develop. Whether you add them to classic pizza or Greek salad is your choice, but they are very good for your body.
