1. Breathing Exercises

This is one of the most common and best techniques to help you fall asleep. While trying to fall asleep, try to focus on your breathing. This can be done by feeling the air enter and leave your nose and mouth.

2. Hide Your Clock

It has been documented that checking the clock constantly while trying to fall asleep will increase your stress, making it harder to fall asleep. Simply moving the clock out of sight can help you relax and fall asleep.

3. Take a Warm Shower before Bed

It has been known that taking a warm shower 30 or so minutes before bed will help relax the body and mind causing you to fall asleep faster. You might also try to take a warm shower close to the same time each night. The routine will help the mind and body know it’s time for bed.

4. Make Your Room Cooler

It has been said that an individual can fall asleep faster in cooler temperatures. If you can have the room temperature right around seventy degrees, you might be able to fall asleep faster. This will also help reduce stress.

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. Wear Loose Fitting Clothing

When trying to fall asleep being comfortable will directly impact how fast you fall asleep. Many experts believe an individual should wear loose fitting clothing to fall asleep faster.
