Instead of heading out to lunch with your fellow employees, take your hour lunch break and work out at the gym. Many people who have wondered how to make time for exercise learned that this technique works. We spend so much time waiting for lunch at a restaurant or drive-thru. That time could be better spent at the gym or on a brisk walk. However, you still need to eat. Pack a sandwich or protein shake for lunch.

Just as you schedule your meetings, doctor appointments, and dates, schedule your weekly work outs. As with your other commitments, don’t change it to make room for something else. You wouldn’t skip the meeting with your boss, so don’t skip the meeting with your body either.
