Research shows that those who drink a glass of wine daily are more likely to remember things than those who drink no wine at all. A French study also showed that a wine antioxidant called resveratrol reduces the chances of developing liver cancer.
A glass of wine with a meal will help prevent bacterial infections and allergic reactions caused by food. It also protects you from salmonella infections caused mainly due to undercooked or contaminated food.
