1

Unprocessed, Alkaline Diet

Unprocessed, Alkaline Diet One of the ways to fight cellulite with your diet is to consume only unprocessed foods. Eating a clean, alkaline diet in addition to some of the other tips can help reduce cellulite. Minimize the appearance of cellulite by eating alkaline foods so you attract acidic and toxic substances in your body and remove them. Fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods and should make up most of what’s in your daily meals!

2

Herbs

Herbs Another natural way to reduce cellulite is to consume some herbs! Herbs such as dandelion leaf and ginkgo biloba can help boost circulation in your body and help flush out toxins from your body. Gotu Kola, Fenugreek and parsley are also thought to be helpful in enhancing connective tissue structure and circulation. Be sure to talk to your doctor before you try out any of these herbs to ensure that they’re safe for you.

3

Rebounding

Rebounding Exercise is important in toning our muscles, staying healthy and fit, but there’s a particular move that helps with reducing cellulite. Jumping on a mini trampoline or a rebounder helps relieve stress, helps slow down the aging process, increases muscular strength and reduces fat and cellulite. Aim to jump for about 5 minutes per day and work up to 20 minutes for best results!

4

Seaweed Bath

Seaweed Bath Who knew we could minimize the appearance of cellulite by taking a bath?! Taking a bath has many mental and physical health benefits but it can also help us out with our appearance. Seaweed baths have been used in the Mediterranean for many years to help fight cellulite. Dr. Oz recommends adding 4 sheets of seaweed to your bath once a week for the greatest benefit.

5

Use Natural Skin Care

Use Natural Skin Care If you’re like me and own a ton of different skin care products for various purposes, it might be time for us to go on a beauty product diet! I love using scented lotions and fancy creams but sometimes going natural is best. Many skin care products contain chemicals that can get trapped in fat cells, only to make cellulite more noticeable. Chemicals don’t do us any favors, so pass on products with synthetic ingredients and look for natural ones to help minimize the appearance of cellulite!

Famous Quotes

Men in general judge more from appearances than from reality. All men have eyes, but few have the gift of penetration.

Water

Water I know, you’ve heard it a million times, drink more water! As much as I’m sick of hearing it too, I know water is vital for optimal health, beauty and glowing skin. Our bodies need water to help decompose fat cells and eliminate toxins. Make water your #1 drink of choice and drink other drinks sparingly to naturally help your body strengthen the collagen in your skin, thereby making your skin lots less lumpy!

Alternative Therapy

Alternative Therapy When you’re looking at natural ways to minimize the appearance of cellulite, you might want to look at some of the alternative therapies. Reflexology, acupuncture, vigorous massage and lymphatic drainage are all alternative means of helping to reduce cellulite. While these treatments might not have a lot of scientific data behind them, there are people who have had good results.

If you’re looking for a natural way to reduce cellulite, the above methods can be helpful when utilized together. There are lots of ways to improve the appearance of cellulite while improving your health at the same time. Using topical creams and invasive treatments work for some, but if you’d like to take a natural, gradual approach to improving your health and appearance, try these out!
