If you want to figure out what makes you happy, you have to ask yourself tough questions. What is it that makes you happy? How do you get back to where you were happiest? Grab some paper and a pen then write down your answers. Once you are done, you will have written down all the things you love. They will be looking you in the face. Now it’s time to get rid of all the unnecessary and negative things that are in your life. Try to focus on what makes you happy.
