Aromatherapy offers us a way of waking up without coffee!2

You don’t have to go out and get any essential oils either.

You can simply light a candle or spray some of your favorite room fragrance or perfume to wake up your senses.

Fragrances like peppermint and lemon can energize us, make us feel happy and start our day feeling more calm, collected and with a big smile on our faces!2
