When IBS entered my life several years ago due to stress and a distressed digestive system from years of dieting, I began implementing some pretty potent probiotics into my routine to increase my immunity and strengthen my gut health. One of the most recent potent probiotics I’ve tried is by Dr. Mercola. I love Dr. Mercola’s website and was thrilled to see he offered a probiotic under his supplement brands. This version has 70 billion colonized units per 2 capsules and is acid and bile resistant so it will survive your stomach acid during transit. It has 10 different bacteria strains as well, but no dairy, lactose, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, eggs, yeast, sugar, or artificial flavors.
