3 Take a Warm Shower before Bed
It has been known that taking a warm shower 30 or so minutes before bed will help relax the body and mind causing you to fall asleep faster. You might also try to take a warm shower close to the same time each night. The routine will help the mind and body know it’s time for bed.
4 Make Your Room Cooler
It has been said that an individual can fall asleep faster in cooler temperatures. If you can have the room temperature right around seventy degrees, you might be able to fall asleep faster. This will also help reduce stress.
5 Wear Loose Fitting Clothing
When trying to fall asleep being comfortable will directly impact how fast you fall asleep. Many experts believe an individual should wear loose fitting clothing to fall asleep faster.
6 Calming Music
It has been said that calming music will relax the mind, making it easier to fall asleep. The music should be at a low volume and should be calming.
