2. Camel Pose
Not sure where the name comes from here, but the camel pose is great for counteracting menstrual fatigue and cramps. To do the pose, kneel on your mat with your knees positioned at hip width. Press your feet and shins into the mat and turn your thighs slightly inward. Place your hands on your heels and arch your back. Hold the pose for 30 to 60 seconds.
