48. Interval Training
Interval training is more of a technique than an exercise, but it's still great for working off your muffin top.
Basically, you just want to incorporate several high intensity exercises during your routine and intersperse them with cool down periods.
It's a great way to burn lots of calories without overtaxing yourself.
You get your heart rate going, but thanks to the periods for cooling down, you won't get too worn out to continue your workout.
