Ginseng is an herb, but donโ€™t knock that fact that it has the potential to banish your fatigue and make you feel snappy and alert. It even has the ability to improve cognitive and mental function. Itโ€™s even used as an herb to give those in sports endurance to keep going. Be careful not to take it on an empty stomach though, or it could leave you feeling a little nauseous!
